The Gagan Group has multiple automobile and real estate verticals in it’s portfolio guided by the visionary leadership of Mr. Ghanshyam Agarwal, Mr. Vishal Agarwal & Mr. Sushil Agarwal.
The Gagan Group was established by Mr. Ghanshyam Agarwal by making a foray into the automotive trade in 1979. The group ventured into real estate in 1996.
The automotive vertical has three major retail operations apart from it’s Used Car division :
1. Wonder Cars – An Authorized Dealership of Maruti Suzuki in Pune since 1999. With a total area of 2,50,000 square feet, the dealership is equipped with the most modern workshop equipment and a body shop adopting the water bond paint technology.

2. Bavaria Motors – An Authorized Dealership of BMW for Pune and Goa since 2007. The Pune showroom Is centrally located in the heart of the city with an area of 12,000 square feet with display space for 7 cars. Bavaria Motors are the recipient of exceptionally prestigious awards like:
- Gold Award winner at the 7th Edition of "In-Store Asia 2012” - winning the award for "Design & Finish”, in the Transportation-Specialty Store Category on an All India basis.

3. Gagan Wings Honda – The youngest vertical of the Gagan Group is an Authorized Dealership of Honda 2-wheelers (HMSI) in Pune, which commenced operations in 2014. This state of the art facility was operationalized in a record 90 days, covers a total area of 25,000 square feet and a display space of over 6000 square feet – making it one of the largest facility in Western India. The dealership incorporates the latest standards in Sales, Service, Spare parts and Safety – a sheer delight for the discerning customer.

Gagan Group has built and delivered over 6,000 apartments and commercial spaces totaling to approximately 70 million sq. ft. of constructed area in Pune, and over 80 million sq. ft.
